GUARANTEED ORIGINAL, COMPLETE, AND SUPERB VINYL DISC.
This is an original 1963 UK 5th pressing mono Vinyl LP for The Beatles Debut UK Album ‘PLEASE PLEASE ME’.
The album is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Recording First Published 1963’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.
Both record labels are in UNDAMAGED Excellent Plus condition, SUPER CLEAN labels, showing just a few centre spindle lines on each label.
Side 1 stamped matrix is XEX 421-1N/Side 2: XEX 422-1N.
Side 1 stampers: 16 GOA and Side 2: 4 GOO.
There is a two letter KT Tax Code to the centre of side 2 record label.
Both sides of the vinyl disc are in without hesitation Excellent Plus to Near Mint condition, the heavy vinyl disc is a fine example, with only a couple of non- sounding surface hairlines, there are NO deep scratches or scuffs to either side.
The album comes in its original Use Emitex Polythene Lined Printed Bag which is in Excellent condition, no seam splits, just light creases.
And is housed in it’s original Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd three flip back sleeve, the picture sleeve in very nice Excellent Plus to Near Mint condition, the front panel still retains it’s high gloss shine, with a few small laminate pinches and three small corner bumps. The reverse panel is super clean and bright with only mild handling signs to the opening edge, the spine edge and the other two edges are undamaged and the spine print clearly legible.
Also included with this album is an official Parlophone Retail Flyer. The Flyer lists all the latest albums at the time including Please Please Me at the top, and date coded 5/63.
The rare double sided Parlophone Flyer is in Very Good condition, showing light creases, and a small piece missing from the top left corner.
The album plays very well through all of the tracks with NO skips or clicks, a clear mono sound quality, and very quiet between tracks, there are no skips or clicks.
This is a really impressive example of an original 1963 5th pressing LP, for the Beatles UK debut album.
