GUARANTEED ORIGINAL, COMPLETE, AND A BEAUTIFUL EXAMPLE.
This is an ORIGINAL 1963 UK **FIFTH** Pressing MONO Vinyl LP for The Beatles FIRST UK Album Release,‘Please Please Me’
The album is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Recording First Published 1963’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.
The official machine stamped side 1 matrix is XEX 421-1N and Side XEX 422-1N.
Side 1 stampers: 10 GLG, Side 2stampers: 6 GLR. There is an embossed *KT* tax code visible on the centre of the side two record label.
The album comes in its correct and ORIGINAL Use Emitex Lined Printed Bag and is housed in its ORIGINAL first issue Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd London, ‘mono’ front laminated sleeve with three flipbacks to the reverse.
The album plays with a superb clear mono sound quality, with the exception of a few light clicks on A Taste Of Honey, this is due to a very small scratch.
Both record labels are in Excellent Plus to NearMint condition, both record labels are undamaged, all printed text is unfaded, all that is just about visible are a few faint signs of play to the centre of the labels.
Side 1 of the vinyl disc is in beautiful Near Mint condition, the heavyweight vinyl disc is superb, with just a couple of hairlines.
Side 2 of the vinyl disc is in Excellent Plus condition, the heavyweight vinyl disc is superb, with just a couple of hairlines, and the tiny scratch on the track A Taste Of Honey as mentioned above.
The lined *Use Emitex* inner bag is in Excellent Plus condition, NO writing, tearing, or seam splits, still clean and white with just very mild creasing.
The front laminated E.J. Day picture sleeve is in Excellent Plus condition. The front panel of the sleeve is very glossy, with mild corner bumps, all edges and the spine edge are undamaged, the reverse panel of this sleeve is still white with just light handling signs to the opening edge.
This is a very nice example of this 1963 Beatles Original MONO album.
