Description

An original 2nd pressing [late] of Abbey Road on the UK Apple label from September 1970. Matrix 2/1. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse printed cover. Also included is a replica black inner sleeve.
Vinyl (Ex) In excellent condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks either side. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is minor and infrequent. All we could detect was a touch of light static in a couple of isolated moments each side. A very fine rendition of this Beatles Classic.
Cover (Ex) Lovely shiny front and back showing only some light creases in the odd place. Edge wear is light just a touch at the middle on the top edge. And all the text on the spine is all still legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity and lies perfectly flat. 
Inner (Ex) A couple of creases no splits.
